Foundation Series: Shoulders
These classes are designed to be done over a 3 week period, meaning you don't have to do a class every day.
However, if you prefer to do a class everyday, we do give you suggestions for what you could do in between to ensure the rest of your body is not neglected.

Today we'll be introducing rib and thoracic control, followed by activation and finishing off with stability work for our shoulders! We'll be showing you how you can use bolstering to assist with any of the positions we do lying on our tummies - for those of us that have really tight shoulders!

For today's class we'll be building on what we've started this week. We start off with some shoulder internal and external rotation, activation for the upper back and challenge our shoulder mobility with a firm favourite!
