Today we have some great drills for improving scapula control, along with a few mobilisation exercise for our thoracic spine!

Day 24: Ankles & Hips
Today we'll be working on hip flexion and ankle dorsiflexion! We'll be working on end range hip flexor activation with some seated hip compressions, followed by ankle PNF stretching.
