Have you ever considered what might happen if you spent 15min a day on your mobility?
It's time to find out!
This is a series of daily classes with a maximum duration of 15min.
Each day we will work through different body areas including hips, shoulders, spine, ankles, and more.

Day 24: Ankles & Hips
Today we'll be working on hip flexion and ankle dorsiflexion! We'll be working on end range hip flexor activation with some seated hip compressions, followed by ankle PNF stretching.

Day 27: Hip Mobility
Today we'll be working on our hip mobility, using some PNF stretching for our glutes, follows by some hip CARs (controlled articular rotations)!

Day 28: Thoracics + Breathing

Day 29: Neck & Shoulders
Today we'll be showing you how you can do a bit of gentle self release for the muscles at the base of your skull, followed by some activation and a different variation of shoulder CARs!
